Book illustration
The complete conceptual design for the illustrative lay-out of the book, »A Wedding Diary for the Bride and Groom« was created by the artist: the paper cover, the flysheet, the page layout, and all drawings for the first pages of the chapters, as well as headers and footers.

Commercial illustrations
The artist also develops designs for private and business customers for the following occasions: Wedding announcements, Christmas cards, business events, business presentations.

Original drawings Landscapes
Landscapes, Alpine scenery, lakes and the mediterranean sea are illustrated here. The basis is a post-card sized original drawing in India ink and gouache colours. The use of photos and decorated paper as a collage acts as a reference for the traveller's ideal image. The beauty and the poetry of nature are reformed into new scenic pictures.

The illustrations in India ink and gouache, some with collage with photos or decorated paper, show staged interiors. Still-life arrangements with flowers are tastefully laid out on tables, chests of drawers, islands. Snowdrops, carnations and tulips contrast sharply with distinctively patterned wallpaper, marble flooring, or fancy carpets. Armchairs tempt you to tarry a while. Decoration and colour mingle to become fantasy rooms with a secret history.
